No time between calls most of the time, but the time I have is either spent on forums, gazing glassy eyed out the window, or bitching about how much I hate the customer.

the time I do get in between calls, if I even get time that is, it's a rare little treat it is, I am trying to figure out who farted, my aisle smells
Note to self: bring small portable bottle of febreeze to work on tuesday.
