What do you do to kill time?
I either check out the girls around me, read news or answer cust questions here and at cingular.com

Eat
Pretend to be on an escalated call and yell profanities at the customer ("FINE! Go to Cingular! You think T-Mobile REALLY gives a shit about you?"), just to freak out my supervisor, who quickly realizes I'm not even on a call.
Throw bouncy balls into the air and work on my hand-eye co-ordination.
Usually we are fully queued and I don't have time to close out an account between calls.

Shoot paper footballs at my neighbor. Play with weird random crap. Imagine doing lines of blow on my desk and telling my coworkers they are all retards. Think of really cool quotes too tell assole customers ( but I wont because I'm too scared of losing my job ). Waiting impatiently too smoke or go home and drink. Welcome too call center life
