ok my phones on prepaid but I want to it to a bill. my question is if I switch it do I have to pay the 35 for activation?

Yea, you need to pay it. I haven't heard anyone who has got away without paying it.

ok so would i be able to active my phone over the phone. and do they do a credit checc when i try to active my phone

Yeah, just call customer care and they will take care of you. You will have to have your credit checked in order to get on a post pay plan though.
