can anybody tell me wat test point is.i am trying to unlock a motorola v3r and most sites say test point.wat is it?

i am new to this so what exactly do i need to do to unlock it.

Im new to this, where is the best place to get the p2k easy tools and testpoint. also, do i need to call the provider for a subsidy code?

We can't give links to p2k easy tools (it warez so links not allowed)

And you could try calling provider - if they will give you the code thats the easiest

since it is a cingular phone, and i have tmobile, the internet feature wont work the same on the phone will it.once subsidy code is provided then i can use the phone freely with any sim card right.

Internet is nothing to do with unlocking.
Unlocking by whatever method allows you to use another providers Sim.
After that you will need the internet settings for your new provider. Most providers can send the settings OTA (over the air)
