Ok nphase here is how it goes:
First, don't treat it like it is a swap meet. b/c all these reps have guidlines and policy to follow.
and yes, i understand that losing your $120 / month will be regrettable, however, you should always buy a phone when you first sign-up regardless of whether you have a phone already.
Next, Try going to a Cor store and speaking with manager. But do not get all hotheaded and "im the customer" crap. that will only make them not want to help you. Tell them you are willing to buy all the accessories, and load you plan with all the features, like BB max and Early nights. Let them know you would like a discount, (not the one on the TAG though!). just something to show they are at least trying to help you out.
you might be suprised and get the answer your looking for, but do not expect to get it.
If it was me, i would probably give you like $75 dollars off the retail price. I know that doesn;t sound like much, but remember the company that is providing you services is paying a lot for these phones. try it out, worst they can say is NO, which you have heard before. Good luck!
