I have downloaded songs into my phone. If I plug the phone into the computer it shows that the songs are on the memory card. When I access the memory card in the phone they are not there. I can't find them on the phone anywhere to be able to play them back! It will show and play the songs that were in the phone when I bought it. Any suggestions?

You need to select the MicroSD card in the "switch storge device" option.

I've done that, and the music doesn't show up on the card.

Are you using the right music format?

That was the problem! The music was not in the right format. I converted it to MP3 and it works perfectly! Thanks!

I'm having the same problem with my d&g razr. But I don't know how to convert the songs on my computer to the Mp3 format apparently. I thought they already were in that format. Any suggestions on how to do that? Thanks!

I have software on my computer that will convert audio files. It was very simple. Check your computer to see if you have it. All I had to do was right click on the song and it gave me the option to convert the file.
