Alright. I have Cingular as of now. I saw a bit of what Helio has to offer. A few things that I'm concerned about is how my coverage will be. The reason why I love Cingular besides the rollover is my wonderful coverage. Even in the elevator heading to class I can carry a conversation. Neat hUh?

Another thing is I can't seem to find a Helio Ocean to play and to see if this is truly the phone that I desire. So if anybody has any information regarding to Helio coverage as well as Helio Ocean I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm still debating whether or not I'm staying in Cingular. My bills has been ridiculous for past 3 months. Helio has unlimited everything if you are a member but I'm afraid that there might be a catch.

Well I looked at the coverage in New York and it's good. I looked at the coverage in Charlotte, NC and Greensboro, NC and they are covered as well.
And they have this Total Happiness Guarantee where you can return the phone and the Early Termination Fee will be waived. Of course it has to be in less than 30 days of purchasing the device as well as the plan. I have not read the full poicy to it yet. I hope to speak to a representative but I'm a little too iffy

what you haven't seen is that they include unlimited messaging (txt, picture, and video), web browsing, email, and nights/wknds. honestly, for 85 bux a month, i think that's a good price. i use their helio drift, and so far, no problems. i live in los angeles, and have had no reception problems yet. and anyways, if you dont like the phone/service, you can always return it within 30 days you signed up with them. so try it, and if you hate it, then you can kick it to the curb.

I think AT&T is a great carrier for older people but to me Helio seems a communication rather than phone. I like the GPS feature and Myspace intergration. I have a PPC-6700 right now,but the Helio Ocean seems to be a "funner" phone to me
