Hi, I just bought my E715 and I love it! But, I want to know what the best communication device is, an IRDA or a Data Cable? Which has more functionalitty, Price doesnt really matter- as long as I can get it from Ebay

The IrDa works with all phone so go for the IrDa.

I too just got a E715, and use an IrDA... I was using easygprs with my S105, will it still work with the e715? or is there a better program out there to use?

E715 works best with EasyGPRS but you can try it with Easy Studio.

I have easystudio on my laptop however when i run it while the infared is turned on , under setup i can't get irda comming up , all i get is comm1 &3 , i have nokia suite running aswell but that seems to pick up the samsung . i have uninstalled it and tried it again but no luck , any idea's or will i need to buy a cable ?

Close everything, Than turn on your phone ir put it next to your pc and let it install IR link modem and than open easystudio.

See the thing is that when i even put the e700 or my 7210 , the IR doesn't recognise it , i need to have a program runnin ie nokia suite to recognise the nokia . Any idea's ??
