Regarding updated software.what do I need to do to update this? "It should be T99VZV04." Mine ends in 02 currently. And will I need to use an SD card to add and store additional ringtones? Thank you!

The software update needs to be done at stores currently. Load all the info you can onto your memory card and remove it before updating, just to ensure the data is saved, and use the backup assistant. You may have to load your ringtones again.
