I got an adapter from radioshack to fit the standard size headphones into the adapter that comes with the phone but the music only comes through to one ear! If I wiggle it loose a bit then the sound comes into both but wiggling it causes it to bring up and call the person I last called. What the crap is going on?

I bought an adapter off ebay and I only get sound through one ear. I read different sites and they say the adapter has to have 3 poles (little rings) not two like mine, to be stereo. I don't know why people who sell these claim they are stereo.

I found this:
http://www.amazon.com/Headset-Speaker-Adaptor-Chocolate-AX-8600/dp/B00 0R0CTQG/ref=sr_1_6/105-0961555-0946843?ie=UTF8&s=wireless&qid=11813273 35&sr=1-6
but does anyone know if it really puts out sound in both ears?

I am having a similar problem. The headphones work, but every time I plug them in and open the phone, it continuously dials the most recent number on my call list. Has anyone found a solution for this?
