I think you should wait for the T630, if you like its design. Its only pluses are the new design and TFT LCD, which won't fade in sunlight. There are also some other aspects the T630 has been improved in, so I dun think it would be a stupid idea to buy that one.

you can't even see what the screen is displaying i think... that's what ppl say (as i havn't got a t610/6)

I can't read a thing on my screen even when I cup my hand over it. But I'm indoors most of the time so it doesn't really bother me.
If you already had a T610 I'd say it would be ludicrous to upgrade to a T630. As mentioned earlier, the only radical change is the TFT screen and software that "scales" your pictures to VGA 640x480 (as opposed to actually "taking" pictures in 640x480).
If you're coming from an older phone though, I'd go with the T630. It's a matter of personal taste in styling though. I like the black and silver contrast of my T610 as opposed to the iPod looking T630.

Forget the T616/T630. I would say that wait for a few more months and go in for the T650/T660 which will rival the superb Jokia 6230. BTW, Nokias are a joke, hence the name Jokia.

The T630 should be released by Feb.2004. The T650/T660 will hopefully be released in early Q3,2004.
