so i have a blackjack but my account still shows a nokia n75 i kept it that way so iw ould not have to raped by the pda connect charge. if i did an insurance claim if i lost my blackjack would i get the blackjack or the n75 back? dont get me wrong the n75 is cool but the battery life is horrible

According to AT&T, you have an n75, that is what you would get back.
Any phone that uses a sim card is likely to get shuffled around, because the sim card is the activation, not the IMEI. So they shut down the sim card itself, then if someone tries to activate either the phone or sim at a later date they are told they have to provide proof of purchase. At least that is how it is done with Nextel.
