I'm having the same exact problem, by my phone is from U.S. Cellular-I would also be very appreciative if someone could help me too. I've only had my L7c since the 13th of June.

I had the exact same problem with USCC as well and its an easy fix. First open up MPT (motorola phone tools) and select the default profile. It will go and load you phone just as normal. In the task bar right click on the little cell phone with network bars next to it. Go to Setup then General Setup, and click the Communication tab then click Change Modem. Click Next, then Next again. You then will come to a Detect Driver page, at the very bottom of the page put a tick in the little box that says "Do not automaticly detect the driver. Select from a list." It will come to a "Model Selection" page, click Motorola CDMA in the left pane then go down the list in the right pane and select "L7c-SLVR Sprint" (its towards the bottom) and click next, click finish, then click ok. Your phone will initialze and BOOM you've got multimedia.
