Hi! First of all, I have a SE T610 and belkin bluetooth USB adaptor...

You asked if it was possible to transfer games from your phone to your computer via bluetooth. I believe you can (Or atleast you can with my belkin adaptor). On my adaptor's software I am able to make an FTP link and browse all the files on my phone as if it's windows explorer. The files are split into folders and I'm able to view, delete, rename and add files (Every file extension supported by the phone) in real time.

with my bluetooth, i could also make an ftp link and browse my phone... but when i do this, i get to get only three folders: themes, sounds, images... i dont get a folder for games? how would i be able to access the games that are in my phone then?

I'm also having the same problem. I was trying to do this on a Mac but I can only see them three folders but i cannot see any other folders. There has to be more folders hidden because all of the contacts and games have to go somewhere.

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks

From what i know, you can send most of the supported files to your phone from PC. ie. games (jar, jad, mpn), themes (thm), ringtones (mid,...), pictures (gif, jpg)

However, you can only get/transfer pictures, themes, ringtones from your phone to PC. Transfering games from phone to PC is not supported. Think of copyright issues, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Transfering files can be done via infrared, bluetooth, and datacable, as long as you have the right hardware/software.

Cheers

You are absolutely right. Transfer of games from phone to PC is not supported.

For the Pxxx, the fastest and best method is to use a memory card reader.

i also use the sitecom bluetooth adaptor, and i also see only 3 folders ; image's, sounds and theme's. But what i found (as mentioned before) dropping the game file's in that root folder puts them in the right place, game's to game's and java in aplications.
so, transfer >> phone works oke, transfer>> PC is inposible sinds you are unable to see the file's..

I have the same problem that Lizstique had, but I don't have that folder mentioned. The "my bluetooth exchange folder". I cannot figure out how to send this game to my phone. I have the IVT Corporation BlueSoleil program? I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. And my phone is Java compatible, it's the Motorola Razr V3. Help! icon_smile.gif Thanks!

Why not try downloading from other site ?
