My Cingular 3125 smartphone is frozen. Home page comes up, and I have a signal, but unable to do ANYTHING. Doesn't even respond to power button being held. I have to remove battery to turn off, but same results every time. I have also tried removing SIM card. Any help?

I don't have an experience with a 3125, but my bet would be to call AT&T and ask their customer support what to do.
Since it's running Windows - it could easily be that. Have you tried running the phone without the battery and just plugged in? Chances are it's a bug in the OS, because I've had things like that happen to my PC, and it was easily the software.
