Phone Model: Motorola Razr V3

Hi everyone,
I have a Moto V3 phone from T-Mobile. Since I am relatively new to modding and did not want to screw things up, I never flashed or flexed my phone or changed any of the seems; it had the stock T-Mobile software from when I recieved it around March. The most I changed on my phone were the stock skins, ringers, and themes. I deleted some of the themes, skins, and ringers that came with the phone and installed others.
My delemma? I wanted to restore my phone to how it was when it got it and start fresh with themes, ringers, etc. I backed up my phone book using the feature in P2KMan (unfortunately, that was the only thing I backed up) and performed a Master Clear on the phone. It told me that pictures, ringers, and media would be erased, which I was fine with. After the "Please wait." screen with the rotating hourglass dissappeared, the phone restarted and would not load past the "Hello Moto" screen. The only way to shut the phone off is to remove the battery.
I can get into the boot loader by pressing * # and the power key and it shows me this message:
Boot Loader
OA.52.
SW Version:
R3443U2_G_0E.C
0.17R
OK to Program
Connect USB Data Cable
I connected my phone via USB, but I am unsure of what to do from here. Could anyone provide some much needed assistance? Feel free to email me, too.
Thanks in advance,
Anna

Hope I'm not ridiculously late with this and I might repeat things you already now but.
My firmware version is:
R3443U2_G_0E.C0.13R
My bootloader is:
0A.52
I found software that restored my phone.
If the link does not work
go to modmymoto
> Downloads
>Phone Files
>V3r (R4515, R3443)
>Other Files
>V3r repair flash
The download is located here.
I used RSD_LITE 3.2
I hit the "#" "*" power buttons to get that bootscreen thing (don't know what it's called)
Pointed RSD to that file and in less than 5mins I was back online
I did lose my pics and dates reserved in calendar but everything is good.
*the flash repair might not work because of a faulty PSD (?) but I think it can be repaired, just look it up.
Hope I was some help.

Thanks for your reply. I actually fixed it using software directly from Motorola. It was listed as an upgrade for outdated firmware and it turned out to be the version I had installed on my phone. I lost a game and some of my contacts that were stored on the phone due to the master clear; but the other half of the contacts that were on the SIM showed up. Happy I got it working, though, without having to use RSD_LITE 3.2 and hunt for a correct MP.
