Middle of this month I finally changed my plan to the Sero plans. I started by calling the Sero sales line, but they told me it was only for new customers. Knew they were full of it because I work for Sprint and they just didn't want to bother with me since it wasn't a sale and they probably didn't have access to my account. But they did tell me that the plans get unlimited free texting. Next, I finally got a hold of retention and they put the plan in action and the woman also said they I get unlimited free texting with the plan. Well, of course at the end of the month the bill was all wrong and I had to call retention back to get it prorated and get the texting charges taken off.

That all was to say that when I said I should have unlimited text on there, she said there was no such offer now, or in the past, and that it was gonna cost. That's fine and all if I hadn't been told otherwise in the first.

Anyone got any numbers or emails I can call to get texting for free since I was told twice I was to get it?

Thanks icon_grin.gif

If you are a Sprint Employee then you should know that you cant have a Sero Acct. you can only refer customers, family and friends to have a Sero Acct. Sprint Employees have their own Accts. I know because I set them both up Sero and Employee Accts, and yes Sero Accts. are only for NEW lines of service, not existing service. You can ADD a line and have the SERO plan on the new phone, but not on existing phone numbers. Yes the Unlimited Text is included on the SERO plan, and there is no way you can get it, because you are a Sprint Employee you should check into getting your own Sprint Emloyee Acct. I hope this clears things up for you.

The Sprint Employee accounts don't include unlimited text messages, but if I am not mistaken, get up to $50 free in Vision service a month. Something like that at least, I don't use it myself, but many of the people I work with do.

Yes the Sprint Employee Plan does include Unlimited Text and the Vision Pack as well as Data is also included. I dont know where you are getting your info, as there are no 50.00 credits applied to Employee Accts for anything. As I have stated before I start up the Accts., unless you are starting up a different Acct on your Employee Website, I have no idea what you are talking about.

So you're saying that despite everything that I have read or heard to the contrary, the employee plan includes unlimited data access.

i work for a sub company of Sprint so because we are not direct employment we were offered the Sero plans. Its interesting that you are say they do offer unlimited text but can only be set up as new lines. I got the plans through retention and they are set up on the two lines that I have had for about 4 years now. No new lines.so maybe it is just something similar although I'm pretty sure the woman said they were sero plans. i got everything else that the sero offers, the vision pack, mobile to mobile and 7pm nights for free. just not the texting.

Call into Sprint Customer Care and ask for it to be added if you have the Sero Plan. They will do it for you.
