I tried to use PIMS on my daughters v200 last night and it wouldn't recognize the phone! Good thing I still had this copy of EasyGPRS. 
So I guess it really depends on whch phone he/she needs the program for.

PIMS II is suppose to work with the V200/S300/E710/ all the old phones that used EasyGPRS. It worked fine with my V200 and E710.
