Oh man I have a good one being investagated by ATT. My Blackjack is somehow being tapped into and Media Net is being used. It has been going on for almost 3 months now. I think it doing it automaticly. The times are almost exact 2 and 3 times a day. Everyday at 130am or so it does it. 80-200kb a pop. They say they will credit me for the overage but want to watch it until this billing cycle is over. It has to be something with the bluetooth.

bluetooth does not result in data charges since it's hardware only. you aren't billed for data transfer over bluetooth. maybe someone has access to your phone at that time.

oh heres another idea? do you have it set up to auto check your email? if so the charges ARE valid. did you buy the black jack used ? (if so the first thing you should have done is a master clear)
