Okay, So Monday I ordered the Lg Vx8500 (chocolate) and after i ordered it and it was shipped out, I read TERRIBLE review about it. I read somewhere that you could return it within 15 days and swap for an equal phone, but just thought I would double check! I bought the phone for $49.98 (dont know acctual Cent but around there) and Later I found the Lg Vx8600 which I like alot better, and its the same price. Now, If I could and did do this, would they charge me only the $49.98 of the origanl phone or would they charge me like a store price? Is there a way that I can send the phone back and exchange it for the Lg Vx8600? Will I have go through ordering a new phone all over again through the website? Thanks!
P.s. If it sounded worded weird, sorry! I didnt quite no how to word it.

Your situation stated above would work out differently depending on how it was ordered. If your phone was ordered online you can only order 1 phone every year online getting the online discount. If you will specify how the phone was ordered, I can give you a precise answer.

The phone was ordered online - with a employee discount from my company. I was wondering, there must be like a 15 day grace period and/or return/exchange policy, and if there was would this apply?

vzw has a 30 day worry free guarantee, so you have the freedom to return any phone within 30 days.

Okay, Thanks! I was worried that I would have to be stuck with this phone for 1-2 years! Do you know if you can return a phone you purchased at the online store at a local verizon store, or does it all need to be done on the phone/internet? Thanks

At this point any phone that is purchased can be returned within 30 days but MUST BE returned to the route that it was purchased. So online orders have to be returned using return shipping slip that should be included with your original order. If you don't have the return slip call Cstmr care and they will ship you out another one. Must be postmarked by 30 days though.
