When trying to order online, there is the "T-Mobile Internet Plan" for $29.99/mo (not the corporate email one), which seems to include HotSpot access with your latop, and then there is the "T-MobileWeb" for $5.99/mo, which says it does internet and email on your phone. If you have a Dash, does the $5.99 plan allow you to use Outlook to get your email, or do you have to have the $29.99/mo plan to use Outlook for email?
I just can't really tell what the difference in plans is other than the $29.99 lets you use your laptop w/ T-mobile HotSpots.
Thanks.

it works fine, i use email with the $5.99 Hack. i can surf the net/any website. better than the $19.99 blackberry plan or $29.99 plan. just search the forums or www.dashzone.com. Enjoy! and Good luck!

Awesome, thanks. And just in case anybody else reads this thread, it's dashSMARTzone.com (took me a few minutes to find the right site!).

The T-Mobile dash is a wicked phone, its so the best phone, yet i have not tried the apple i phone but soon
with the 5.99 hack myspace dosent work or streaming music from sites dont work . the streams will only go for a few min. the 19.99 blackberry plan works the best.

I am looking for a phone/device with a QWERTY keyboard that I can download and use a Java applet. Will the Dash work? it is Windows 6.0 This will most likely be my data phone ONLY--no voice plan
any other suggestions so I do not have to lug my laptop nor worry about hotspots>
No what is the $5.99 plan you are speacking of? I only know about the $29.99 plan

Your java app will work provided it is compatable with windows mobile 6.0. Thr 5.99 plan is mobile web only and not compatable with dash without using a few work arounds to hit tmobile loopholes. You need the 29.99 plan to get to download apps and stuff though.
