I just got a new Razr, and I like it a lot. The only problem is, when I try to import video files to my phone, the A/V is out of sync. I've been using YASA 3gp converter with the following settings:
Video bitrate: 128
Video Size: 176x144
Frame Rate: 11
Audio Codec: amr_nb
Audio Bitrate: 48
Sample Rate: 8000
The sound won't actually play with Quicktime on my computer when I try to view the file, but I put it on my phone and it works fine, aside from the syncing problems. Any help?
