I just bought an unlocked RIZR and i was wondering if there was any way to 'lock it' back to its original service provider, t-mobile.
and also, is there any way i can get AIM on this phone, since it's not on it.

i did the motorola software update and it didn't really make much of a difference except it lights up now when i recieve a message.
other than that, not much of a difference. and i wanted to try the tmobile software update, 'cause i thought maybe it would be different?
but i can't seem to find the link for the software update on the tmobile website. :/

What is the s/w on your fone? cause Tmoble is R452F1.
Go here
http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/motosupport/source/softwareupdate select.asp
But if you have this R452B then don't use Tmobile update cause it will brick your fone

Yeah, I have R452B. And that's the link I used to download the software and to update it, also.
Also, some of the folders on my phone's drive are hidden and i can't seem to unhide them.
Just now, i tried to put a ringtone on my phone. And i went to the hidden ringtone folder and i couldn't find it on my phone's memory card.
is there any way to unhide the folders?

My two year old just pored his entire bottle of shampoo on to my razor phone (R.I.P. phone). Know I have a bunch of buddy's offering their old cell phones. Well I gave a cupola of them a try and switched the SIM cards and they all say to enter the code? Some of the phones are from the same provider, but a get the same roadblock. N E 1 has a clue on what to do from this point on. Please help.
