Finally the new version of freeware Januka's SW has been released !!
The DIY software it's history now; everyone can modify the firmware with no need of picture tables, just scan the firm and go.
What's new in this version:
- Corrected several bug
- New light speed firmware scanning with start offset
- Automatic detection of images whith ability to turn it off
- Manual search for RAW image format
- Light speed scanning for melody
- Import and replace of compressed 16 bit images with size check
- Import and replace of raw 16 bit images with size check
- Import and replace of mmf ringtones whith size check
- Import of DIY PT
- Export firmware scans to DIY PT
- Export firmware in S3 format
- Export multiple images in one S3 file
- Export image in gif, bmp, jpeg file format
- Sizeable program windows
- Expert mode with no confirmations on delete
- Customized directory
- English language
- All in memory operations (no risk for your bins)

Note: The programm works whith all Samsung Phone, the chosing of the type of the phone is only cosmetic, you must choose the cell phone whith the same screen resolution

Because you must open a firmware (File => Open), OGM format or a Motorola (.S3 o .SRE) converted in Binary.
To convert a Motorola S series file in Binary use:

After That you can start scanning, importing, change of image
NOTE: To change an image, you must click twice on the screen of the telephone

We have ..Erght ... not thinked this possibilities cause you can do easy whith a Hex Editor.
Uhmmm an Idea for next version

that will be great if u guys look into that area cos the default tones kinda soft for me..
i am trying to change it but i dunno how to do it using the OTHER DIY software.
