I have an unlocked RIZR and I'm trying to do the data configuration to be able to send and recieve picture messages but when I went to the website to have the settings and whatnot sent to my phone, when I hit install on my phone, it says something about the memory and i cannot add another mms profile.
Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

try calling the t-mo CSR and see if they could sned you the settings, it should be the same as setting up with a regular RIZR, cause thats what they did with my v3x with the v3 support

I don't think it's the settings I need because I went to the T-Mobile website to do the data configuration for sending and recieving picture messages. I got the browser message it sends, and I hit install but that's when the error message comes up saying I cannot add another MMS profile.

If your phone is unlocked and not T-Mo branded, you should be able to access the Web Sessions menu and delete any web sessions files you don't need. That might make room for the one you're trying to download.

Yeah, I don't think I can delete them. I've tried already and I don't see any option to delete a profile.

Well, I got this phone and it's a T-mobil that has been unlocked to use with my at & t Cingular plan. Everytime I turn the phone back on, I get the same text msg:
"From: 1121611611
453 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code.
06050415CCC0160D99B564D583960C5A3564DD8B360000"
I dont know why, but this comes up everytime. Also, I'm still trying to change the Media net to Cingulars service, but there's no "WEB SETTINGS" under my SETTINGS menu. Any help?
I SWITCHED FROM TMOBILE THE RIZR IS TMOBILE THEY UNLOCKED IT BUT I HAVE THE PROB ABOVE NOTHING NADA SPENT 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH AT& T THEY SAID THEY CONTACTED MOTOROLA AND MOTOROLA SAID THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING CAN ANY1 HELP PLEASE?

Your issues are no longer with tmobile. Post in the cingular forum. And please stop using all caps.
