I have the same problem. My buddy does to. We're both in the Philadelphia market (if that makes any difference).
I was a new switcher from Tmobile--god do I hate ATT. My buddy was a ATT customer. Both of us bought iPhones, both have had this problem. Numerous calls to Att cust service and Apple's too, w/ trouble tickets opened have yielded nothing so far--great f'in customer service.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION YET?
did you have the rep check the voicemail retrieval number?

They won't really tell me what they're doing. But I'll recommend that they check that next time they call. I wasnt clear from the tread, but is that a solution?

This issue has been resolved in the South region of the US. The rest of the country will be resolved very soon.
The problem was with the way T-mobile delivered the call. The problem was resolved by AT&T. Love that iPhone!

Still does not work for me here in NE US. ATT called 3 days ago trying to schedule some tests, said they'd call right back--nop.

I'd like to note that this issue was fixed for me and my friend approximately one week ago. A voice message from an ATT cust rep to that extent was also left on my voice mail system.
