i am having the exact same problem, i was successful in changing the MMS setting, but the web access is much difficult because t-mobile locks this feature, if you want to get the net you need to flex the phone, i am searching the net continuously looking for an answer about flexing but i am having problems doing the process.

yes, my seller is getting a lot of complaints about this very subject. he wants to blow me off i think, he referred me to the part where it says can only guarantee basic features to work. but don't they make it sound like, you just switch sim cards and your phone is good to go?

actually my seller answered all of my questions and even reffered me to the web, although they were not being specific to what exactly to look for, it did frustrate me because i though the settings were all set but oh wells that what we get for looking for a cheaper phone, you know there is always a catch lol

ok i have your solution.i did not have to flash or fle the phone go to this web site
www.mywds.com/worp/ota/cingularcare/phonefirst
the login info is
username; CingularCare
password; config
then you select the phone type and follow the instructions
then when it tells you to set it as a default you might notice that you can't do that because you cannot edit websessions but don't worry. it works turn your phone off and restart it and then click the internet option.and then it will take a while to search for the brower but eventually it will open. it works if you need additional help let me know.

I have followed the links provided above, but this still has not helped me. I guess that I can connect to the internet, but I cannot really browse. I cannot do anything. There are like two words no the screen. Don't know what to do.
