I bought an ATT 8525 off ebay and just after 1 month, the keys have "bubbled up" away from the phone. Obviously not installed well enough. Didn't drop it, didn't wash it. lol. just using it and they are staring to come away from the phone.
How does the manufactur's warranty work in situations like when you buy the product through places like ebay?
Thanks

FYI - wanted to add that my insurance through Cingular does not cover the ATT 8525 irregardless if I purchased it from them or not (I saw a PDF file on their website that states this - not sure why though)
