Hi I have a Samsung U700 but I'm not able to use the mms nor internet for cingular service provider. Can anyone help with the settings?

go to the att device tutorials for that phone
Look up under device settings the MMS and browser settings for the samsung d407.
go to the att device tutorials for that phone
they worked for me.
follow whats listed on the att site but make these changes
for ip address put 66.209.11.32
for linger time put 300.
