Sorry if this question has been asked/answered a lot.. I searched the forum to find a response, but came up with nothing.
I bought a few aftermarket faceplates for my phone.. but so far I've been unable to figure how to remove the original one. So if anyone can help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it.

There are no official SE provided faceplates for the T310. However, the T300 has removable faceplates.

I saw them on ebay, and they sell screwdrivers to remove the face plates as well.

I did not know they had face plates for the 310??
And also, if they were going to make face plates, why would they make them so you needed tools to remove them??? Every ohter phone/face plate out there just slides off ... why make this phone harder.
There are a few things I like about my 310 - saddly there are more things I dont like.

Well, they may not be official.. but they're out there.. But no one selling them seems to know how to take the phone apart. It's more than just snapping apart, there are two screws holding the front in place, that are directly underneath the black plastic/antenna on the back of the phone. If that black piece can be removed, taking the phone apart shouldn't be that hard... I just can't figure out how to get it off without breaking it.

How'd to get the back piece off? I couldn't even get that far. heh. But looking at the aftermarket plates I bought, there are only two screws that hold it together. The rest is just snapped into place.. so if you work at a lil it shoudl come apart.

The aerial back piece is a little trickier, but if you can get
your fingernails underneath it at the top of the phone and apply a little firm pressure upward, it should slide off quite nicely. Good luck

But guys, remember that once you start tinkering around with the phone, your warranty ceases to exist. Hence remember that if something goes wrong, you're a goner.

Hey, if you are interested in changing the phone covers every now and then, go in for the Z200 or Z600.
