Traveling in Canada, best option for Verizon calls?

I will be traveling in Canada next month. What is my best option for using my Verizon call phone?

Why don't you change your price plan to Americas Choice Plus Canada? It will eliminate roaming and long distance charges calling to Canada and Calling from Canada. It's $20 price diff between that and regular Amc II pricing. The only major difference is that you only get 1000 night and weekend min. and 1000 IN cllng min to use.
