i got sams e630 phone. downloaded ES II, set it up on my notebook with WinXP SP2, turned on IRDa and put phone next to comp. WinXP detected phone and ES saw it and downloaded phonebokk and SMSes. BUT i couldn't managed to see folders within MyPhine ( What's wrong? can anybody tell me?

Hi. I have Samsung D500 with Easy Studio on a USB lead. Phone and PC will not connect, & in setup, there is no choice of ports. Just a blue bar where port info should be, and if I click it, it goes white, but no opertunity to type or choose any port. Help.
( What's wrong? can anybody tell me?
