Hello all, I quit my job as a csr and tech support agent for t-mobile yesterday. My beloved Dad passed away on July 11. I quit because I could no longer deal with the absolute selfishness of customers, couldn't deal with them anymore. They're all upset because a ringtone didn't come through or they can't connect to the internet. I just wanted to scream at them and say 'yeah, well my Dad just died from cancer, stick your stupid cell phone!' I realize that the pain and sadness of losing my father will pass but the utter rudeness and selfishness of this society will not. I hope all csr jobs end up in India because that's what the general public deserves.

I'm sorry to hear about ur paps. He would be proud and happy knowing that you have stepped up and moved forward in your life. Think of it as an experience and building block. I'm a CSR myself and I can tell you, not all people are good hearted people and unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. Just remember that there are good people out there, and definately remember that you are one of them. Best of luck moving forward

My condolences.
During such a time, it *would* be difficult to deal with the trivial issues credit hunters and rude people present to CSRs daily.
