Swiss RAZR V3 can't receive text messages with AT&T

Please Help me!
this is the situation, i got a phone that is from Switzerland a moto razr v3 and it works without any problems with Cingular(At&t) but i can't receive messages! I can send messages but cant receive one why? I am taliking about receive from another country not USA!
I would be very thankful if you can help! Thank you

try the receiving settings, sometimes it says disabled of reject all

call customer care.there are several settings in your phone that need to be changed. call 1 800 331 0500 from a landline and have your phone in hand
