I think its solid, well put together, and I think the title should be look here before posting, also the Websessions should include GPRS and EDGE. or a link to the cingular websessions site as it is now.

Malibu,
The websession information does include GPRS settings and has a link to the websessions tutorial at Cingular's website. I don't know anything about EDGE & Cingular. Would you have any kind of reference for that?

Thanks Elmo. The original post has been modified!
Anyone have any information about where EDGE websession information can be found (I know nothing about EDGE, so I don't even know where to begin looking)?

Anyone have any ideas on how anchors can be used in a thread (as in HTML, where clicking on a link brings a person to a particular part of a page, instead of a new page)? That would pretty useful here, as well.

Since PHP's been disabled, there doesn't seem to be any sort of anchor-tags. Alas.
Though I vote this in place, very useful...

Thats too bad - it would make the FAQ much easier to navigate.
So the question is, assuming that it is appropriate to ask, how does one go about making a 'sticky' thread (seeing as how I'm not a moderator).
Its worth noting that every single one of the 'sticky' threads, except for the one on reception (the first thread), have bad links that lead to a 'page not found' on Cingular's site or a redirecting of the browser to Cingular's support center. At the very least, it would be worthwhile to update those threads, or delete them.
Peace,
Jacob

Very well put together. Impressive. Only one reason why it won't work as a sticky, or it'll work as well as the old ones: new users tend to skate right by them. I guess you just can't fix stupid.

Well, we definitely can't force anyone to read this - it would be helpful, however, to have the other sticky threads removed, especially since most (the sticky regarding coverage maps, the sticky on phone settings & the sticky on WAP & MMS) of them have links that don't lead to the correct pages on Cingular anymore.
Plus it would be good to have less sticky threads in general; it clutters up the board.
