Your best bet is to flash the phone (replace the software) through your computer. Mobiledia has a forum dedicated to this purpose, although I think the ModMyMoto forum would better serve you.
Before you go into any kind of flashing, you really need to know which version of the Motorola V3 (RAZR) you have. Use the Wikipedia RAZR entry to figure out the differences and find yours. If you put the wrong version on your phone, there will be lots of trouble.
Peace,

You can go to the tmobile support website and select the v3 as your phone and then have tmobile send the settings to your phone.

do what mpapple said. google tmobile data configurator and it should take you to it, and type in your manufacturer and model. and it'll send the settings via browser message

If your software shows the web sessions menu you can also configure it manually. Cingular software may not include this tho.

I recently bought an unlocked razr and just today installed t-zones on my phone. If you go to the t-mobile website and log into My T-mobile (or register then login) you will be able to configure your phone for t-zones using the following steps. After signing in click on "support for my phone" located underneath your name and phone number at top right of page. To the right of the following page is a section for frequently asked questions, click on "additional help"; on the following page select "T-MobileWeb" under Optional Services. Next step is to click on the folder titled "Getting Started with T-MobileWeb" then click on "t-zones and T-MobileWeb Settings." On the next page you will need to located the link for Wireless Configuration which is underlined and this link will bring you to the process of getting t-zones.select phone manufacturer and model; select "set up t-zones/T-MobileWeb; enter phone number and the security code from image on page; the information will be sent to your phone and a pin will be on the next web page - follow the directions and use the provided pin on the web page to complete the process. It worked for me - good luck.
