Our call center doesn't care about AHT.
It's all about resolving the issue and first call resoltuion. That is why OKC Quail Spring was #1 Call Center in the whole company for 2007. Recap, recap, recap people.

I work for west corp or cingular depending on how you look at it. I am in buisness care. My aht is suposed 450 or lower with a 10% trf rate is that the norm?

Heh, not for me
My AHT on a good days is like 395, and transfers on a GOOD day is like 30%. Our call center has high transfers because NE customers don't know how to use an ivr.

no cust know how , i think it is supposed to go up atleas for SC CC, but latly i just get people who dont know how to STFU , or see they have somone who knows what they are taling about and ask like every question they have been saving for the last year

but the thing is they are calling in 3 and 4 times to see if they can goat diff answers out of people, i think att should start charginf to call cs, for just that reason
