Does anybody know how to get to the Service Menu for this phone? On the VX8500 you would simply hit "Menu" and then "0" and then enter in all the zeros. That doesn't work on the new 8550.

1. Dial ##PROGRAM8550 (##77647268550) and press Send
2. Press "0" seven times

to get that menu you're looking for type in ##program8560, then type in a bunch of zeros.

If the service code isn't 000000 then you either have a prepaid phone, or your code needs to be reset at a store. It's ##program____ where the ____is your model number (like 8550, or 8560) to get to the service code entry. This is for LG models
