My verizon phone is up for renewal with that new every 2 program they have. I went to a verizon store and played with the phones and I think the vx8700 was my top choice, as it was slim, didnt feel flimsy like it would just explode the first time I dropped it, and I just plain old liked the styling.
So I looked up a couple reviews and they were good, so I just wanted to see if anyone here has one and if so what do you think of it, any problems with it etc.

I just picked one up today. I am happy with it so far. The display is bright and the keys are easy to navigate. I had a little trouble when pushing the arrow keys while I was typing fast and would hit the "ok" button. But after entering in over 90 contacts, I quickly got over that. The only other bad thing I can say about it is the button row of buttons( #,9,*) is a little difficult to hit at first.
Over all its been great for the 4 hours I've had it. Call quality seems to be fine. Will let you know if anything else comes up.

Yes i happen to own one of those I love it but it's so easy to scratch up. the good thing is it's like an ipod and you can do whatever you want except talk while the music is playing such as text message or chat on aim mobile. the vibrate action is crazy too
