Hey, I have a pretty easy question I think, but I can't figure it out. I just replaced my old phone with a VX8700, and now every time I receive a picture message it tells me to go online to view it. I already set the auto receive to 'on', but it's still happening. Anybody have any idea why this is?

Hmm.not sure. I just had a friend text me a picture to see if mine did the same, but it came in.
Maybe your memory is too full to recieve pictures?

Try to erase some of your pictures that you don't need and see if that works. I had that once where i had to many pictures to store but you can also buy a micro sd card and put them on there instead
