Is it possible? I need to reformat my 5300. It hangs all the time. I think the phone memory's full already.

What you mean by "hangs all the time"? I had a lot of problems with my nokia when i was turning on the phone and first attempt to call caused 2 minutes freeze. All I did to "repair" it was restore factory settings. :}

When I turn it on, after a few minutes, it whites out or hangs. I've tried the "restore factory settings" thing. It hangs when I do it.

Well, it also did for me, but after couple minutes it finished and I don't have that problem anymore. :]

hmm. well in that case i dont know what to do. did you try reinstall firmware? that might help.
