First off, I have a Samsung Sync SHG-A707
Now, I have done my homework, and found out that the file has to be 600kb or below and the right amount of kbps and i followed all that exactly (using WavePad to cut the song shorter) and i uploaded it to my phone and i try and set it as a ringtone and it keeps telling me its too large to set as a ringtone no matter howmany times i make it shorter. I know its not too big so wtf is the problem someone help please?

The Cingular branded SYNCs had a 600kb limit, the AT&T branded SYNCs have a 300kb limit. Don't know why, but that's how it is.
