I have a MOBILE OFFICE KIT. It only handles phone book and calendar. It will not download photos. What I need is some third party software that will recognize the phone and download pictures. I have spoken to tech at Verizon and tech at samsung phones neither has been able to help. I tried a program called BITPIM but it did not recognize my phone. There must be someone out there who has solved this problem.

The mobile office kit will allow you to only manage contacts, however what you are looking for is a good hack that would rememdy your problem. Check howardforums.com/
