I have a Razr and lately its been powering off for no reason. This happened again this morning during an incoming call (2nd ring it shut off). I never dropped it, its not wet and I cant flash it. Any ideas suggestions? BTW, there is no warranty on it either.

Actually in order for me to turn it back n, I have to pull the battery and put it back in. It wont turn on unless I do that.

None whatsoever. I actually tried to flash it to get it to be Cingular instead of T-Mobile, I was never able to figure it out and couldnt do it. So basically the phone is still a virgin to that. Just the subsiduary code.

I would be tempted to try a flash to eliminate software issues, you need to flash a Cingular Monsterpack from http://www.planetmotox.net/monster_packs.php
There is a guide to flashing in the tutorial section or at http://www.themotoguide.com/flashingflexing.php
See http://www.maxedmobiles.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id= 14&Itemid=32 for how to install the drivers

try a different battery. I had a similar issue and ended up buying a new phone, in the process of transferring contacts over I ended up putting the new battery in the old phone. And what do ya know. old phone seems to work fine with the new battery.?
