Does anyone know of any quad band phones that have dual sim card slots?

Do a Google search for dual sim adapters. You might have better luck there. This website might help you a bit, at least in understanding the concept and risks involved.
If I had to do this, and didn't want to get involved in cutting up SIM cards, I would look into something like this, although as you can see from the video, it requires some extra space in the battery area.

the only phone i've seen is a benefon twin+. it only operates on 900/1800 and i don't believe it's currently in production

the only ones i remeber were offered by ATTWS and they were gait phones , about 2+ years ago but nothing more recent or advanced

CECT fones chinese copycats but theyre good cuz i got one. an yes most models got dual sim i got the iphone clonse dualsim and it roks! ebay CECT phones

GAIT phones only had one sim.they did have 2 trancievers. one was gsm and used the sim the other was TDMA and used its esn. but only one sim

The CECT A988+ is quad band. there is a site called cectp168 and the its a dot freeforums and then its another dot and then org at the end. it s a site they just wont let me post sites.

i know that , ive been around a while but i do remeber a duel sim gait phone

you can find downloads to make some phones from dual to quad band. i just install a file on my razr v3xx to get quad band and it works beautifully
