Its under connectivity settings on the phone, set default to be data/fax
Also try running a different p2k program to see if it kicks of the driver install

hi.
In my phone i can not see any connection settings. i can see only selected things in my phone.
because it detects the fax/modem i aussume it is in data mode.
I tried RSD lite. there it wasnt detecting it. m totally confused how to get these P2k drivers working. i had already downloaded the drivers for XP . how do i install them/.? i tried various p2k things. but it doesnt seem 2 work.

Glad the phone is working.
For the V3i you edit SEEM 0032_0001 offset 9A - bit 1: Messages > menu > Message Setup > Text Msg Setup > Store To: (SIM/Phone) (1 on, 0 off)
This goves you the menu described
