The screen is sometimes delays a few seconds as the device clears memory for the screen flip to occur. If it is bothersome, you can try doing a soft reset every one or two days.

The sk has a limited amount of memory that the device can use. Everytime you open an app, go on the internet, get an email, etc, you are using small portions of this memory. Also in this is the screen flip. Once the memory is full, the device has to free up some space by clearing the memory for apps and stuff to continue to open. When your screen is taking a few seconds to flip, the device is freeing up some memory to complete the operation successfully. By restarting the device, you would be clearing the memory daily, possibly elimating this problem. This solution is dependent though on how much you use the device each day. Hope that clears it up.
