Do you guys use Voice-based IVR systems? We do and it is pathetic
"WIRELESS"
Did you say Internet?
"NO WIRELESS"
I'm sorry did you say Cable?
And not to mention the IVR asks for their number, Because some of our systems (SGI) have Auto-pop, but Vision don't for wireless. And customers Flip out that they have to give their number twice

no most Cingular customers can barely handle a multiple choice ivr, voice response would mean they would have to have a higher cognitive function that’s just not there , hell most of them cant eveb out there number in the system correctly so they can get to the right department
