I bought the Motorola E815 last June (06) and have been paying the money for the full coverage insurance plan monthly.
I was just wondering, if something was to happen to my phone to where it needed to be replaced if I would be in line for getting another E815?
Just curious I suppose
Thanks for your help!

I have the $5.99 TEC (total equipment coverage).
Pretty sure there is a 50 dollar deductible tagged on that?
I guess the real question is are they still able to replace my E815 with another E815, or would I have to settle for a different model?

You currently paying the $5.99 tec is insurance with a $50 deductible and the extended warranty. If something happens to your phone such as a manu defect your covered with no deductibe. if your phone has any damage either cosmetic, incidental, or liquid you would have to pay the deductible. Last time I checkd only razr phone avail as substitution.

U can only get the Razr. At this point no other options avail. This can how ever change as inventory also changes.

Verizon insurance is offered through a third party provider (Asurion), the plan basically requires that a 50 dollar deductible be applied to cover the cost of replacement, if you have a more expensive phone you pay more per month to cover its cost. Asurion will also drop you from their service if you replace your phone 3 times in a 12 month period. Your phone question is that they will provide you with the same phone, or if your model is End of Life (EOL) they will provide you with a device of similar features and price (But not necessarily the same device) To be honest there are better plans out there, and secondary insurance you can receive, in fact, some home insurance policies will cover your device, and there are other third party companies out there that will cover you within 15 days of receiving your phone from your provider, and many times there deductibles less than Asurion.

What model of the Razr will they supply you with, in exchange for your lost/stolen/damaged e815?
