I've had my first problem with the new chocolate today! I had to go get a new one. It kept freezing up and had little black strips going down the screen! so i guess theres going to be more problems with the new ones than the old ones It also didn't send my messages and I was upset cuz I only had it for 2 weeks. now I have a new one today

I've had the same or similar problem already. I've had my phone all of 4 days. I was trying to replay a video I had recorded. It just stopped and the black lines appeared. I couldn't do anything, it was completely locked up. The only way to get it working again was to remove & replace the battery.
